Designing the first monday.com product
In 2021, I joined a small team at monday.com to lead the design of a new groundbreaking CRM product. Starting with no existing product or market fit, our target goal was to launch within a year.
Thanks to exceptional teamwork, we successfully launched in 2022, receiving immediate positive feedback and gaining strong momentum. I played a key role in shaping the vision and strategy, designing all major product components, and driving UX and design excellence.
