Building monday CRM from 0→1

monday CRM is a fully customizable, flexible no-code CRM for teams of any size. It can be implemented within minutes, empowering business owners and sales teams to manage every aspect of their sales cycle and customer data in one centralized place.

When I joined the team in 2021 as Lead Designer, we were just 5 people with no product. Our mission was to build a new monday product from 0 to 1.

Following a successful launch a year later, monday CRM scaled to over 50 people. My role was to shape key parts of product strategy by driving the UX agenda and leading design discussions with cross-functional counterparts within our team, while leading and mentoring a team of designers.

New data import flow

To improve conversion to paying metrics, we decided to redesign the current monday.com import data with better capabilities and size limits to better fit CRM users.

Quotes & Invoices 2.0

We reinvented our tool to help all users build the most automated and beautiful invoice and even to connect it to a financial infra and accept payment directly.

Deal Stages app

One of the first features we released that created a huge impact. This app helps users get a proper overview of their deals pipeline and quickly understand the current status.

Emails & Activities app

The most iconic and impactful app we built to date, which allows users to connect their email, calendar, zoom and even more and display log everything on a single timeline. This helps CRM teams to stay connected and close more deals faster than ever.

Funnel Chart

CRMs are all about data, so we used it to overview a new and improved funnel chart which helps users understand their conversion rate and sales drops.

Sales Leaderboard app

Sales team are all about quota and reaching it as fast as possible, so we designed a fun and beautiful app that ranks all the sales team and helps sales managers to better approach bottle necks and diffuse them quickly.
